The Department of Veterans Affairs is issuing a sole‑source notice to procure Rath Emergency Call Box (intercom) services for the Bedford VA Healthcare System in Massachusetts. The contractor will supply seven complete Rath intercom system kits—including phone boards, faceplates with cameras, cellular interfaces, batteries, and two‑year prepaid cellular plans—install the equipment, configure system settings, and perform functional testing. Work is limited to standard business hours (Mon‑Fri, 7:00 AM‑3:30 PM) and excludes any structural modifications such as conduit installation, permits, or fire‑stopping.
