NORTHWEST WATERWORKS IMPROVEMENTS PHASE III

The City of Naperville is seeking bids for the Northwest Waterworks Improvements Phase III project. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on November 18, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. in the Conference Room at 1200 W. Ogden Ave, Naperville, Illinois. The meeting will be followed by a site visit. Bidders must send a representative to attend the pre-bid meeting in-person and supply their own Personal Protective Gear for any walk-through. • The project involves water supply and sewage treatment equipment maintenance and repair. • The project requires engineering consulting services, including civil engineering, mechanical engineering, and structural engineering. • The project involves construction services, including pipeline construction and water system construction. • The project requires maintenance and repair services for water systems, main and service lines. • The project involves the design and installation of valves, directional control, to control pneumatic, hydraulic, or water cylinders.
