Ethernet Circuit for VoIP/Data Services Supporting Telecommunications and Wi-Fi”–

The Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking information from potential vendors to provide a dedicated 300 Mbps Ethernet circuit to support Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), wired data, and Wi-Fi services at the Indian Health Service White Earth Health Center in Ogema, MN. The scope of work includes designing, furnishing, installing, provisioning, testing, and activating the Ethernet circuit, as well as providing network integration, VoIP and telecommunications support, Wi-Fi and data services, security and compliance, testing and acceptance, and service level agreements. The period of performance is 12 months with 4 option years. • The contractor shall provide a dedicated carrier-grade Ethernet circuit with 300 Mbps symmetric bandwidth. • The contractor shall ensure the circuit meets VoIP performance requirements for latency, jitter, and packet loss. • The contractor shall provide scalability for future bandwidth upgrades upon Government request. • The contractor shall comply with FISMA, NIST SP 800-53, HHS, and IHS IT security requirements. • The contractor shall provide written test results prior to Government acceptance.
