Statewide Tourism Pass Program

The Ohio Department of Development’s TourismOhio division is issuing an RFI to collect detailed information from qualified vendors on how to implement, administer, and provide ongoing operational support for a statewide Tourism Pass program. The solicitation is for planning purposes only and does not bind the State to a future contract. Vendors are asked to describe their capabilities, technology platforms, project management approaches, and cost structures for the proposed pass system. • Scope includes system design, card issuance, merchant integration, and customer service support. • Respondents must outline implementation timelines, staffing models, and maintenance plans. • The RFI is open for submission until July 30, 2026; questions must be submitted by July 27, 2026.
