Description
This RFP seeks qualified firms to design and implement dispersed water management projects that restore natural hydrology and capture excess stormwater within the Avon Park Air Force Range Sentinel Landscape. The work includes engineering design, environmental assessments, and construction of water storage and drainage infrastructure to support agricultural lands while protecting the range’s ecological integrity. An optional pre‑proposal conference will be held for interested respondents.
• Design and construct water storage facilities employing dispersed water management practices.
• Perform hydrologic modeling and environmental impact assessments within the Sentinel Landscape boundaries.
• Coordinate with South Florida Water Management District to ensure compliance with federal, state, and military environmental regulations.
