WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY SERVICES

The Maryland Correctional Enterprises (MCE) is seeking a contractor to provide white glove delivery services for their products. The contractor will be responsible for providing up to three 24’ delivery trucks with lift gates, a driver, and an assistant. The services will include dock delivery and white glove delivery (delivery and assembly) at various locations throughout the State of Maryland. The contractor must have experience in providing similar services, be licensed and certified by the State of Maryland, and have proof of insurance. The contract will be for a base period of one year with four single-year renewal option periods. Some key points to consider: • The contractor must provide all necessary services and meet all requirements specified in the IFB. • The contractor will be responsible for accuracy of products loaded on trucks and submitting signed delivery documents. • The contractor must maintain the utmost professionalism when dealing with MCE customers. • The contractor will be responsible for all delivery equipment. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance with coverage of at least $1 million for personal injury and property damage per occurrence.
