Washington State Department of Labor & Industries seeks a contractor to deliver mobile audiometric testing and comprehensive hearing‑conservation training for its employees statewide, in compliance with WAC 296‑817‑099. The work includes baseline and annual audiograms, follow‑up testing for standard threshold shifts, urgent and non‑routine examinations, and secure electronic reporting of results, as well as classroom or on‑site training covering noise effects, hearing‑protection selection, fitting, use, and employee rights. The contractor must travel to multiple L&I locations across Washington, manage data securely, and submit an annual consolidated report by December 15 each year. The contract is fixed‑price with a $60,000 ceiling for an initial three‑year term, with possible extensions up to six years.
