26225 - Drainage Maintenance IDQ FY27

The City of Norfolk is seeking a contractor to perform drainage facility maintenance services, including repair or replacement of existing infrastructure and construction of new infrastructure. The contract will be an indefinite delivery quantity (IDQ) contract, and the contractor will be required to provide labor, equipment, materials, erosion and sediment control, and traffic control devices. The contractor will also be responsible for maintaining traffic throughout the project site and ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with the City's standards and specifications. Some key aspects of the job include: • Providing a qualified onsite construction manager who will be present onsite for the duration of the stormwater network installation • Maintaining ingress and egress from all residential and commercial properties during construction • Ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with the City's standards and specifications • Providing traffic control devices and maintaining traffic throughout the project site • Ensuring that all erosion and sediment control measures are in place and functioning properly • Maintaining a clean and orderly environment in the work area.
