The New Jersey Turnpike Authority (NJTA) is soliciting proposals to provide comprehensive merchant services for the New Jersey E‑ZPass program and its associated enforcement and group payment processing initiatives. The contractor will be responsible for payment processing, revenue settlement, integration with multiple payment gateways, tokenization, and hosted third‑party storage, supporting credit cards, ACH, instant payments, digital and mobile wallets across the seven agencies that comprise the New Jersey E‑ZPass Group. This effort supports both toll collection and the newer enforcement payment processing program, requiring robust, secure, and scalable technology solutions. • Provide end‑to‑end payment processing and revenue settlement for toll, enforcement, and group payments. • Integrate with diverse payment methods (credit cards, ACH, instant/Digital/Mobile wallets) and existing NJTA payment gateways. • Deliver tokenization services and secure hosted storage for all transaction data. • Support the New Jersey E‑ZPass Enforcement Payment Processing Program and the Group Payment Processing Program. • Ensure compliance with state regulations and secure handling of high‑volume transaction data.
