FIBER MATERIALS Randle - Packwood Project

The Public Utility District No. 1 of Lewis County is seeking bids for the purchase of fiber project materials for its Broadband development in the Lewis County area. The materials must be certified as Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) compliant. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The District reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive informalities. • The contract will be for the purchase of fiber project materials as specified in the attached EXHIBIT C – SCOPE OF MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS. • The materials must be delivered to the Chehalis warehouse. • The contract will be for a period of time from the contract execution date through product delivery and any subsequent warranty period. • The District reserves the right to purchase additional products and/or services within the scope and period of performance of the resulting contract. • The Bidder must be licensed to do business in the State of Washington, or provide a commitment that it will become licensed to do business in Washington State prior to goods delivered or services rendered.
