Description
The Pulaski County Special School District is issuing a notice of sale for construction bonds, tax-exempt series 2025, with a total amount not to exceed $15,370,000. The bonds will mature serially from 2027 to 2048. Sealed bids will be received until August 27, 2025.
• The bonds are tax-exempt and will be dated October 14, 2025.
• Bids must be submitted on the Official Bid Form or through PARITY.
• The District's fiscal agent, Stephens Inc., is providing the Preliminary Official Statement, Official Notice of Sale, and Official Bid Form.
• The sale is open to qualified bidders, and the District reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
