Supply of Premixed Fuel - Expires 6-30-2027

The City of Providence is seeking a vendor to supply premixed fuel for use in its equipment. The contract term will be from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2027, with a total contract value not exceeding $35,000. The vendor must supply Trufuel 50:1 premixed fuel or an equivalent product that meets or exceeds the specifications of Trufuel 50:1. The fuel shall be delivered in one-gallon containers and supplied in various quantities as ordered by Providence Water throughout the contract period. Key considerations for the proposal include price, product equivalency, and delivery capabilities. • The vendor must be able to fulfill orders in a timely manner. • The vendor shall be responsible for all delivery costs. • The contract will allow for price changes in raw materials, transportation, etc., provided the vendor supplies supporting documentation. • The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any irregularities in any proposal, and to accept the proposal deemed to be in its best interest.
