The Town of North Kingstown is seeking a qualified vendor to design, supply, and fire a professional 4th‑of‑July fireworks display for 2027 (with an optional 2028 follow‑up). The contractor must provide a minimum 30‑minute, electronically‑controlled show using specified shell quantities, secure all necessary state and local permits, and optionally supply a compliant barge for launch. The contract is for one calendar year with two optional one‑year extensions, and the award will be based on the lowest responsive bid that meets all technical and insurance requirements. • Provide ≥ 30‑minute continuous fireworks show (minimum 1,000 × 3‑inch, 500 × 4‑inch, 200 × 5‑inch, 100 × 6‑inch shells, plus 2,500 “cake” shots). • Deliver all shells on the day of the event, fire via electronic control, and conduct post‑show inspections and cleanup. • Optionally furnish a 2,500 sq ft barge meeting NFPA 1123 standards; the barge may be awarded separately. • Submit proof of insurance, competency certificate, staffing plan, and documentation listed in the bid package.
