For the Purchase of Guaranteed Emergency Bulk Diesel Fuel Delivery

The Placer County Water Agency (PCWA) is seeking multiple vendors to provide guaranteed emergency bulk diesel fuel delivery for its critical infrastructure (pump stations, water‑treatment plants, communications towers, etc.) during power‑outage events such as PG&E Public Safety Power Shut‑offs, natural disasters, or other emergencies. The contract will supplement the agency’s existing primary fuel vendor (Hunt & Sons) to ensure redundancy. Bidders must submit sealed bids using the agency’s standard forms, comply with all specifications for ULS Diesel #2 Red, and be prepared to deliver fuel to numerous locations throughout Placer County on short notice.
