Prepared Meals Fort Drum New York

The US Army is seeking a contractor to provide prepared meals for the New Hampshire Army National Guard (NHARNG), 197th Fires Brigade, at Fort Drum, New York. The contractor will be required to provide individually packed meals, including breakfast and dinner, for 112 soldiers per day over a period of 6 days. The meals must be provided in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and the 14-Day Menu rotation. The contractor must also comply with the required delivery schedule and provide food safety certifications and commercial kitchen licenses. • The contractor must provide 672 breakfast meals and 560 dinner meals over the 6-day period. • The meals must be delivered to BLDG 990, 9th Middle Street, Main Post, Fort Drum, NY 13602. • The contractor must comply with the Technical Capability requirements, including compliance with TB MED 530 (Tri-Service Food Code) and submission of food safety certifications and commercial kitchen licenses. • The contractor must also provide a defined plan for securing a Fort Drum "Local Access Pass."
