Two Used School Buses

Topeka Public Schools (Unified School District No. 501) is seeking proposals to purchase two used school buses (30‑39 passenger capacity) with wheelchair accessibility. Buses must be model year 2021 or newer, preferably with less than 80,000 miles, air‑conditioned, and equipped with either air or hydraulic brakes. The vendor must provide full delivery (FOB destination), freight prepaid, service manuals, warranty information, and optional extra key sets. Delivery is required within 90 days after order receipt, and all bids must be submitted electronically via Public Purchase or by mail to the district’s Purchasing Services office. Evaluation will consider price, quality, delivery schedule, and vendor experience; the award will be made to the most advantageous responsive bidder.
