Installation of 14 drops at HMR Bldg 25

The US Army is seeking a contractor to install 14 NIPR data drops and additional telecommunication equipment in Bldg 25 at Helemano Military Reservation, Hawaii. The contractor will be responsible for providing personnel, management, tools, equipment, parts, and materials necessary to complete the requirement. The installation will be a turnkey solution, and the contractor will be required to abide by all ANSI/TIA standards for telecommunication installation. The evaluation factors for award will include technical capability, price, and other factors. • The contractor will install 14 NIPR data drops to NEC standards in designated termination points. • Telecommunication Outlets will be installed new where there is none and replaced where there is existing. • The cabling pathway above the ceiling will utilize the appropriate cabling infrastructure and support. • The contractor will provide patch cables measuring 10 feet long, with a quantity equivalent to the number of NIPR data drops installed. • The contractor will be required to label all drops and equipment according to the Army Network Enterprise Center's Standardized Labeling Program.
