VIPR I-BPA Weed Washing Unit for Regions 3, 5, and 6

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service (USFS), is seeking vendors to provide weed washing units for Regions 3, 5, and 6. The contract will be a Multiple Award Incident Blanket Purchase Agreement (I-BPA) with a 100% small business set-aside. Vendors must submit quotes through the Virtual Incident Procurement (VIPR) Next Gen System. The USFS will evaluate quotes based on operational acceptability, price reasonableness, and past performance dependability risk. * Key requirements include: * Providing a weed washing unit that meets the minimum requirements specified in the solicitation * Submitting quotes through the VIPR Next Gen System * Registering and updating information in the System for Award Management (SAM) * Complying with all applicable laws and regulations * Providing biobased products to the extent that such products are reasonably available, meet agency or relevant industry performance standards, and are reasonably priced
