Description
Savannah State University is seeking a qualified supplier to provide professional DJ services for campus events on an as‑needed basis. The contract will be an indefinite‑delivery arrangement with an initial one‑year term and up to four optional one‑year renewals, allowing the university to issue work orders for individual events such as welcome week, homecoming, athletic contests, and other campus gatherings. The supplier must furnish all required audio equipment, perform set‑up, operation, and breakdown, and may provide optional lighting, MC/announcement, and additional sound reinforcement. Proposals will be evaluated on technical merit (experience, staffing, equipment, demo video) and cost, with the highest combined score winning the award.
