The Ohio Attorney General’s Office is seeking a venue and related services for the 2026 World Elder Abuse Awareness Day Conference, which will be held in June 2026 in the greater Columbus, Ohio area. The conference is expected to have approximately 220-300 attendees and will require meeting and event spaces, audio-visual equipment and services, catering services, and accessibility and amenities. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing a welcoming, comfortable, and professional setting that supports learning and engagement for the attendees. The vendor must also provide information on their experience in hosting medium-scale conferences, their ability to provide in-house AV services and equipment, and their compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). • The conference will be held on a weekday between June 15 and June 29, 2026. • The vendor must provide a quote that includes all direct and indirect costs associated with the conference. • The vendor must have a proven track record of hosting medium-scale conferences and demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness during the planning and execution phases. • The vendor must provide information on their accessibility and amenities, including whether the venue is fully compliant with the ADA and provides ample parking for attendees. • The vendor must provide information on their audio-visual equipment and services, including whether they have in-house AV services and equipment. • The vendor must provide information on their catering services, including whether they have in-house catering services and can provide meals for approximately 300 attendees.
