CREDIT CARD PROCESSING PROVIDER FOR P&R

The County of Hawaii, Department of Parks & Recreation, Panaewa Zoo, is seeking a credit card processing provider to allow for the acceptance and processing of various electronic payments. The provider will need to install three POS terminals and provide a payment solution service that includes installation, training, and technical support. The term of the agreement will be one year with four one-year option periods. The provider will need to provide a security and quality control plan, a business continuity plan, and proof of PCI DSS compliance. The provider will also need to provide technical support, a functional explanation of the electronic payment process, and a schedule of customer transaction costs. Some key features of the system include the ability to accept and process payments via credit card, end-to-end encryption, risk management, and real-time authorization and commitment of funds. • Ability to accept and process payments tendered via credit card, debit card, or ACH payments • End-to-end encryption of customer data and financial information • Risk management solution to minimize fraud potential • Real-time authorization and commitment of funds • Ability to remit collected funds to the designated DPR bank within 48 hours • Detailed auditable trail with drill-down capability of reports by collected data
