The Municipality of Anchorage’s Anchorage Police Department is seeking a qualified contractor to provide forensic phlebotomy services—including independent and legal blood draws—on a 24 × 7 basis for investigative purposes. The contractor must supply qualified EMT‑II or higher personnel, maintain a 30‑day inventory of APD‑provided draw kits, and meet strict response‑time requirements (30 min normal, 20 min for contractor‑owned facility). Payments are made per draw with monthly invoicing and required patient reports.
