The City of Shoreline is soliciting proposals from individuals or firms interested in providing professional, customer-focused, environmentally sustainable janitorial services for the City. The City operates a total of twenty-five facilities at various locations, ranging from professional offices at Shoreline City Hall to recreational centers and maintenance facilities, to stand-alone park restrooms. The term of this contract shall be one year beginning on August 1, 2026, with the possibility of renewal for up to four additional one-year terms. The selected vendor is required to pay, at a minimum, the applicable prevailing wage rates. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing janitorial services for twenty-five facilities • Meeting quality standards of performance and workmanship • Paying prevailing wage rates • Submitting pricing sheets and other required documents • Participating in a pre-bid briefing tour (if scheduled) • Complying with all terms and conditions of the contract
