GENERAL CONSTRUCTION-MEDIUM PROJECTS

The New York City Department of Design and Construction is soliciting qualified general contractors for inclusion on a Pre‑Qualified List (PQL) for medium‑size public‑sector construction projects valued between $3 M and $10 M. Applicants must demonstrate recent experience on comparable projects, financial capacity, safety performance, and compliance with M/WBE requirements. Submissions consist of a hard‑copy packet of six required exhibits and are due by the listed PIN deadline.
