High-Altitude Electromagnetic Pulse (HEMP) Hardness Maintenance/ Hardness Surveillance (HM/HS) Engineering/Technical Support and Enhancements

The US Air Force is seeking potential contractors to provide High-Altitude Electromagnetic Pulse (HEMP) Hardness Maintenance/ Hardness Surveillance (HM/HS) engineering and technical support. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring the survivability of systems from a HEMP event by performing tests, inspections, and maintenance. The scope of work includes reliability, maintainability, and availability metrics, testing, and inspections. • The contractor must provide engineering and technician support for HEMP HM/HS work. • The contractor must incorporate infrastructure or structural requirements to support the mission. • The contractor must perform tasks in accordance with the HM/HS Plan and Procedures Manuals, applicable Technical Orders, and MIL-STD-188-125-1A. • The contractor must provide capability packages, including a 2-page capability summary and a 2-page past performance submission.
