Single Audit RFQ/RFP

The City of Pine Bluff seeks a qualified CPA firm to conduct a Single Audit in accordance with the Government Auditing Standards (Yellow Book) and 2 CFR Part 200, Subpart F. The audit will assess the city’s compliance with federal grant requirements, financial statements, and internal controls, culminating in a comprehensive audit report. This engagement is a one‑time, contract‑based service with a submission deadline of early August 2026. • Perform a Single Audit covering all federal awards received by the City of Pine Bluff. • Ensure compliance with Yellow Book standards and 2 CFR 200, Subpart F. • Deliver a final audit report, findings, and recommendations within the contract period. • Provide on‑site work at the City Clerk’s office in Pine Bluff, AR. • Submit a qualified proposal by the deadline; the City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
