The County of Cumberland is seeking a single‑prime contractor to perform a full turnkey rebuild of two BAC cooling towers (model FXV‑LQ661) at the Judge E. Maurice Braswell Courthouse. The scope includes demolition, removal of existing fill material and drift eliminators, replacement of louver supports, water diverters, distribution piping, fan assemblies, motor adjustment rods, longitudinal channel members, interior coating, and optional actuator damper system. The contractor must supply all labor, equipment (including a crane and lift plan), materials, permits, insurance, and provide on‑site supervision, testing, and two‑hour owner training.
