Decision to Issue Doyon Limited Inc. Fiber Optic Line from Fairbanks to Yukon River Non-Exclusive Term Easement MHT #9400899

The Alaska Mental Health Trust Land Office is considering a non-exclusive term easement of certain Trust land to Doyon Limited, Inc. for the purpose of installing a fiber optic line from Fairbanks to the Yukon River. The easement will be approximately 30 feet by 19,248 feet and will affect Trust land adjacent to the communities of Livengood and Fox. The decision is subject to a notice period, during which time comments can be submitted.
