Diplomatic Pouch Services

The U.S. Embassy in Muscat, Oman is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive transportation and handling services for diplomatic pouch mail. The contractor will be responsible for picking up and delivering mail, as well as providing customs clearance and handling services. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to extend for up to four additional years. The contractor must have experience in handling diplomatic mail and must be able to provide secure and efficient services. Some key requirements of the contract include: • Providing comprehensive transportation and handling services for diplomatic pouch mail • Picking up and delivering mail to and from the U.S. Embassy in Muscat • Providing customs clearance and handling services for inbound and outbound mail • Maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of diplomatic communications • Complying with all applicable international and national regulations regarding diplomatic mail
