TERM CONTRACT FOR WINDOW CLEANING

The City and Borough of Juneau is seeking a term contract for annual window washing services for various city buildings. The contract will be in effect from the date of award through June 30, 2026, with an automatic annual renewal period for three additional years. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, and equipment to perform window washing services as required. The city anticipates issuing a purchase order for the quantities listed, but does not guarantee any minimum or maximum orders. • The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and city laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance and acknowledge the general terms and conditions. • The contractor must provide a quote schedule with pricing for each facility listed. • The contractor must allow occupants every opportunity to clear window areas prior to washing. • The contractor must report any damage to windows, building, occupant's furniture, equipment, items, or papers immediately to the contract administrator.
