Potable Water Delivery Services – WFO Gray, ME

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is seeking capable commercial vendors to provide potable water deliveries to support the National Weather Service (NWS) Weather Forecast Office (WFO) in Gray, Maine. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to purchase potable water and deliver it to the NWS WFO. The deliveries will be on an as-needed basis, estimated at approximately every 100 days, with a maximum of five deliveries per period of performance. The water must meet the State of Maine standards for safe drinking water. The contract will feature a one-year base period with four subsequent one-year option periods. • The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for purchasing and delivering potable water. • The deliveries will be made to a 10,000-gallon underground water tank located at the NWS WFO in Gray, Maine. • The water must meet the State of Maine standards for safe drinking water. • The contractor must be able to interface with a 3” cam lock male adaptor for the hose connection. • The contractor must be able to source Maine-certified potable water and meet the delivery schedule.
