Lodging Accommodation BPA

The Regional Contracting Office-Hawaii (RCO-HI) is seeking to establish a Master Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for commercial lodging accommodations for Army reserve soldiers on the islands of Oahu, Maui, and Hawaii. The BPA will provide lodging services for personnel on travel during Battle Assembly (BA) or Rescheduled Training (RST). The required nights of lodging may increase or decrease significantly depending on mission requirements. The government intends to establish multiple BPAs to fulfill the recurring lodging requirement. Key aspects of the opportunity include: • The BPA will be for a period of 5 years • The government anticipates issuing 6 or more Blanket Purchase Agreements • Offerors can include separate charges for additional fees such as parking and resort fees • The government will compete each BPA Call via a solicitation, and the BPA Call offeror that provides the best value rate will get the BPA Call award • Third-party travel management companies are allowed to respond to this solicitation • The government expects to issue BPA Calls with short suspense dates, and offerors should be prepared to respond quickly
