Solar Monitoring and Asset Management Services

The County of El Dorado is establishing a Qualified List (QL) of firms capable of providing comprehensive solar‑monitoring and asset‑management services for its Renewable Energy Self‑Generation Bill Credit Transfer (RES‑BCT) project. The selected firm(s) will be responsible for ongoing performance monitoring of third‑party owned solar systems, issue management, data‑room documentation, quarterly operational reporting, annual financial analysis, and quarterly RES‑BCT audits. The work is delivered on an “as‑needed” basis through individual work orders, with a contract term of up to three years. • Continuous monitoring of third‑party solar installations and rapid identification of performance issues. • Quarterly operational reports, RES‑BCT audits, and an annual comprehensive financial/operational report. • Management of system‑issue logs, maintenance of project documentation, and coordination with utilities and third‑party owners.
