More information about the amendment and updated bid documents are available at the following link: https://parks.ny.gov/business/procurement-opportunities.aspx *************************************************************************************************************************** New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (OPRHP) is seeking a venue to host its Fall 2026 Statewide Facility Managers Conference no more than 30 miles from the Saratoga State Park located at 19 Roosevelt Drive, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866. The conference dates shall be during one of the following three (3) consecutive weekday periods: · October 19-21, 2026 · October 20-22, 2026 · October 21-23, 2026 · October 26-28, 2026 · October 27-29, 2026 · October 28-30, 2026 · November 16-18, 2026 · November 17-19, 2026 · November 18-20, 2026 Bidders are not required to bid on all conference dates. In the event a bidder wishes to bid on all dates, they may do so in a single bid submission by completing all nine (9) tabs in the Bid Form. This Statewide Facility Managers Conference continues to be part of ongoing efforts to work collaboratively with our statewide managers. The gathering will provide an opportunity to recognize the vital work our staff undertakes every day to operate and maintain the State Park system. This conference will also give facility managers an opportunity to share best practices and accomplishments of our dedicated, hardworking and committed workforce.
