The U.S. Embassy Kinshasa is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial cleaning services for the JAO and Chancery compounds. The contractor will be responsible for performing janitorial services in all designated spaces, including halls, offices, restrooms, work areas, and outdoor areas. The contract will be for a one-year period with a 6-month provision. The contractor must provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and supplies to perform the work. • The contractor must have experience in providing janitorial services to large facilities. • The contractor must be able to provide a sufficient pool of trained alternate employees to ensure full staffing at all times. • The contractor must be able to maintain accurate daily timesheets for each employee and provide them to the Contracting Officer's Representative upon request. • The contractor must be able to perform all services in strict accordance with the DRC Labor Code (2002). • The contractor must be able to provide temporary additional services as needed, with 24-hour advance notice.
