Central Arkansas Water (CAW) is seeking a financial advisor to provide services for upcoming debt issues and ongoing financial management. The selected firm will be responsible for advising CAW on bond structuring, market conditions, and managing debt issuance transactions. They will also assist in obtaining the best possible bond rating, recommending the method of sale, and managing the sale and marketing of CAW's debt. The firm will be required to provide three recent examples of previous clients with contact information and outline their experience with major rating agencies.
