Air Show Static Aircraft: a-37 Dragonfly

The 55th Contracting Squadron is seeking a contractor to provide an A-37B Dragonfly aircraft for static display at the 2026 Offutt Air Force Base "Defenders of Freedom" Air and Space Show. The event will take place on August 8-9, 2026. The contractor will be responsible for providing the aircraft, personnel, equipment, and services necessary for the display. The government will provide fuel, hangar space (if available), and ground transportation. The contractor will also be required to provide a digital press/media kit, a video, and be available for interviews with the media. Key responsibilities and requirements include: * Providing an A-37B Dragonfly aircraft for static display * Meeting all FAA guidelines and certification requirements * Complying with Approved Warbird guidance outlined within AFI 10-1004 * Providing a digital press/media kit and a video * Being available for interviews with the media * Coordinating all media posts through Offutt Public Affairs * Providing Civil Aircraft Certificate of insurance, Civil Aircraft Landing Permit, and Civil Aircraft Hold Harmless Agreement
