Math SPDG Project Evaluation Services

The South Dakota Department of Education’s Division of Learning and Instruction is seeking a qualified vendor to provide professional services for the purpose of providing project evaluation services for the State Personnel Development Grant (SPDG). The consultant will review all requirements of the RFP and provide a proposal by the deadline. The consultant will also provide supporting documentation on qualifications and experience to the State. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing project evaluation services for the SPDG • Reviewing all requirements of the RFP and providing a proposal • Providing supporting documentation on qualifications and experience • Directing all questions and comments regarding the RFP to the buyer of record • Not contacting any State of South Dakota employee other than the buyer of record regarding the solicitation and evaluation process.
