Vortex Teardown, Test and Evaluation

The Naval Information Warfare Center NIWC Atlantic intends to award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order to L3 Technologies Inc for the Vortex Teardown, Test and Evaluation (TTE) with an option for repair. The Government believes L3 Technologies Inc is the only vendor capable of completing the TTE and potential repairs, as they are the original manufacturer of the parts. However, other responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation.
