Grounds Maintenance Services for multiple Army Reserve facilities in Region 5, Southern California (CA002,10,16,23,65,88,92,93,95,165,197,202)

The US Army is seeking a non-personal service contract to provide grounds maintenance services for multiple Army Reserve facilities in Region 5, Southern California. The contract will have a base period of performance from August 1st, 2026, to July 31st, 2027, with four 12-month option periods and a six-month option to extend services. The contractor will be responsible for providing all required documents with their quote submission, including a signed SF 1449, completed price schedule attachment, signed amendments (if applicable), and teaming/partnering or joint venture agreement (if applicable). Key responsibilities and requirements of the job include: • Providing grounds maintenance services for multiple Army Reserve facilities • Submitting all required documents with the quote submission • Ensuring the quote is received by the due date and time • Complying with the Supplemental Information and FAR 52.212-1 • Providing all necessary documentation and information for the contract award.
