RFP E27-069 Design Services for Lakeview Court Reconstruction

The City and Borough of Juneau is seeking a consultant to provide design services for the Lakeview Court Reconstruction project. The project includes improvements to underground storm drainage, water and sewer utilities, road base, pavement, sidewalk, and other miscellaneous improvements. The consultant will be responsible for preparing complete bid-ready construction drawings, specifications, bid schedule, and engineer's estimate with critical material lead times. The project is expected to be completed by November 1, 2026. • The consultant will conduct at least two design workshops in coordination with the CBJ Engineering Department Project Manager. • The consultant will work with the CBJ Project Manager to develop conceptual and final project designs that respond to the estimated construction budget. • The consultant will ensure that the design remains in conformity with the estimated construction budget. • The consultant will provide consulting services through the bid and award phase to answer questions referred to by the Contract Administrator.
