Court Street Well Field Uprgrades

The City of Keene is seeking bid proposals from qualified contractors for the Court Street Well Field Upgrade Project. The project includes preliminary and final design services, bidding services, and construction phase services. The scope of work includes attending kickoff meetings, reviewing well facility information, assessing and evaluating project scope, preparing construction specifications and drawings, and providing construction oversight services. • The project requires attendance at multiple meetings, including a pre-bid meeting and project workshops. • The contractor will be responsible for preparing cost estimates and submitting them at various stages of the project. • The contractor will also be responsible for reviewing submittals and shop drawings, reviewing and approving contractor pay requests, and preparing change orders as needed. • The project requires coordination with City officials and other stakeholders. • The contractor will be responsible for providing a complete set of as-built record drawings to the City.
