Solid Waste Removal and Disposal Services, Table Rock Lake Project

The US Army Corps of Engineers, Little Rock District is seeking a contractor to provide solid waste removal and disposal services for the Table Rock Lake Project. The contract will be for a base period of 8 months, with four optional periods of 12 months each. The contractor will be responsible for providing one non-personal services contract for solid waste removal and disposal within the area of responsibility of the Table Rock Lake Project, including parks and recreation areas, administrative areas, the maintenance compound, and the powerhouse. • The contract will require the contractor to provide scheduled pickup services, optional pickup services, 30-yard roll-off monthly rent, 30-yard roll-off pull and set, and 30-yard roll-off tonnage. • The contractor must be registered in SAM.gov at the time of quotation submission. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Service Contract Act and the Fair Labor Standards Act. • The contractor must provide a pricing schedule with unit prices and total prices for all services. • The contractor must submit a completed request for quotation cover page, provisions, and amendments.
