2027 Children’s Justice Conference – Meeting Space

Washington State’s Department of Children, Youth and Families is seeking a single vendor to provide comprehensive conference services for the 2027 Children’s Justice Conference. The contract will cover the rental of a plenary ballroom for 1,300 attendees, multiple breakout workshop rooms, basic furniture and linen, exhibitor space, catering (breakfast and lunch per‑diem rates), full audio‑visual support, wireless internet, and on‑site staffing such as security and ushers. The award will be a purchase order and the work will be performed during the three‑day conference in May 2027. • Provide a 1,300‑seat plenary space plus 77‑100 concurrent workshop rooms. • Supply catering for 1,300 attendees (breakfast + lunch on May 11; breakfast on May 12) billed at Tacoma per‑diem rates. • Deliver AV equipment, wireless internet, exhibitor tables/linen, and event support staff. • Submit a cost‑only quotation by July 10 2026; award anticipated by end of July 2026.
