American Rescue Plan Master Agreement

The County of Los Angeles is seeking qualified vendors to enter into a master agreement to provide support services to communities impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. The services may include community development, economic recovery, and resilience. The agreement will be for a term of approximately 4 years, with the option to extend or terminate. The County will continuously accept applications throughout the term of the agreement. Key requirements include a minimum of 3 years of experience in providing similar services, a current agreement in good standing with a County department, or a principal, partner, or officer with 3 years of experience in providing similar services. • The County will give preference to social enterprises and disabled veteran business enterprises. • The agreement will be subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The County reserves the right to reject any and all applications. • The agreement will require the vendor to comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, executive orders, regulations, and policies.
