LEO VEHICLE UPFITTING AND LEO DECOMMISSION

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is seeking quotations for Law Enforcement Vehicle Upfitting and Decommissioning services. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract, and the period of performance is from April 1, 2026, to June 19, 2026. The contractor will be required to upfit a Ford F150 vehicle and decommission a Chevy 2500 vehicle. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and have an active registration to be eligible for award. • The contractor must provide a complete quote package, including a Standard Form 1449, a Schedule of Items, and a Past Performance Questionnaire. • The contractor must have experience in vehicle upfitting and decommissioning. • The contractor must be able to deliver the services within the specified period of performance. • The contractor must be able to provide a price quote that includes all costs associated with the services. • The contractor must be registered in SAM and have an active registration. • The contractor must be able to provide proof of insurance and bonding, if required.
