Description
The Defense Health Agency (DHA) seeks a Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) to provide non‑personnel services for one full‑time equivalent (FTE) Food Service Worker at the Mike O’Callaghan Military Medical Center (MOMMC) on Nellis AFB, Nevada. The contractor must recruit, compensate, and retain the worker, supply uniforms, and perform food preparation, sanitation, and cafeteria support in accordance with a detailed Performance Work Statement. The award will be a firm‑fixed‑price (FFP) contract with a base period of 4 months (Sep 30 2026 – Jan 31 2027) and up to five one‑year options extending through Jan 31 2031, plus a six‑month extension option. Pricing must be submitted via Attachment 3 using the updated template; a compensation plan and past‑performance questionnaire are also required. The solicitation is set‑aside for SDVOSBs and will be evaluated on compensation plan acceptability, past performance (weighted more heavily than price), and price.
