The work includes selective demolition of interior partitions, de‑commissioning ceiling piping, restoration of historic plaster walls and cased openings, installation of an ADA‑compliant automatic door, new window blinds, painting, carpet tiles, electrical outlets, data cabling, and a fresh‑air ventilation connection.
