Robinson Center 10-Year Anniversary Impact & Strategic Assessment

The Little Rock Convention & Visitors Bureau (LRCVB) is seeking an experienced firm to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the Robinson Center's performance, impact, and opportunities for future growth. The selected firm will provide a clear, data-driven report to the community and leadership outlining the benefits realized since reopening and strategic recommendations for the next phase of the facility's evolution. The scope of services includes evaluating the Robinson Center's performance, assessing its economic and community impact, analyzing its competitive position, identifying opportunities to optimize utilization and operations, and recommending improvements and next steps to support long-term growth and sustainability. • The firm should have expertise in performing arts centers, convention/entertainment facilities, economic impact analysis, and strategic planning. • The firm should provide a comprehensive written report, an executive summary, and a presentation to staff, leadership, and/or governing bodies. • The firm should have recent, relevant experience in similar contracts and provide specifics to prove successful performance of those services. • The firm should outline its approach, including planning, strategizing, and overall implementation.
