On-Call Engineering Services

The Municipality of Lincoln is seeking on-call engineering services for various categories, including planning board peer review, infrastructure design, environmental services, wastewater services, structural engineering, geotechnical engineering, and dam infrastructure related engineering. The town intends to pre-qualify up to three companies for each category and may allow companies to partner together. The selected companies will provide engineering services on an as-needed basis. • The town is seeking companies with experience in various engineering categories. • The evaluation criteria will include personnel qualifications, project understanding, references, and company qualifications. • The town intends to use the on-call engineer for MS4 support and report preparation. • The on-call engineer will be expected to review material testing results provided by the developer.
